1. Pedsters
Planet accepts online advertisements for public viewing, and are
accepted upon the presentation that the advertiser and its agency
have a right to publish and display the contents thereof. In consideration
of such online publication and display, advertiser and its agency
agree to indemnify and hold Pedsters Planet harmless against any
expense or loss by reason of any claims arising out of online publication
and display.
2. Pedsters
Planet may use the advertiser's existing, if applicable, advert
material if new material is not received on time.
3. Cancellations
& changes in adverts must be made in writing (either e-mail
or fax) and be received before the advert closing date.
4. The stated
rates are subject to change upon notice from Pedsters Planet.
5. All content
from advertisements are subject to Pedsters Planet's approval and
reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertisement, insertion
order, space reservation, or position commitment at any time.
6. Pedsters
Planet shall not be liable for any costs or damages if for any reason
it fails to electronically publish or display an advertisement,
either due to a server outage or hardware failure. In no event shall
Pedsters Planet be liable for any damages, consequential or otherwise,
in excess of the amount paid for the advertisement, as a result
of any mistake in the advertisement, omission from or error in any
index, or for any other reason.
7. If you wish
to advertise, upon receiving your interest, we will send you a link
to a Advertiser Order Form, from here you can decide what type of
advert you wish to use. You will then be taken to your preferred
payment gateway, please do not close the browser at this point!.
- a. We may
also ask you to print the Advertiser Order Form, sign it and fax
it to us - this will be for security purposes;
- b. Except
as otherwise expressly provided in the Advertiser Order Form and
agreed by Pedsters Planet, positioning of Advertisements within
any page is at the sole discretion of Pedsters Planet;
- c. Pedsters
Planet does not guarantee or commit to the date or dates of insertion
of the Advertisement(s) and does not undertake that the Advertisement(s)
will not be displayed after the end date specified. However, Pedsters
Planet will use reasonable efforts to comply with the Advertiser's
wishes in these regards.
We do not accept
advertisements of an adult nature, please refrain from enquiring
if you are a webmaster of a website that falls in this category.
