You can suggest new categories within a parent category.

If you can not find the appropiate category for your site, you can "Suggest a Category". To do this, find a parent category, say for example, your web site sells computer equipment, you should choose "Home > Computers and Internet > Hardware" - and then maybe you sell printers, so click the "Suggest a Category" link, and then fill the form out with the category name of "Printers".
