What if my payment is declined?
If your payment is declined, please see these possible reasons:
- Your PayPal account has no funds;
- Your credit/debitcard has no funds;
- Our server failed to get a response back from PayPal.
If you think number three is the cause, please email pedserv.accounts[@]pedsters-panet.co.uk, with your PayPal receipt (if applicable) and we will investigate the issue.
