1. Check all security settings related to downloading executable files. These settings may be associated with your Internet Service Provider, a personal or corporate firewall or anti-virus software. If you can identify the setting that is preventing you from downloading the Toolbar, you can adjust it and then retry the installation by visiting http://toolbar.pedsters-planet.co.uk.

2. Verify that Active Scripting is enabled in Internet Explorer with the steps below:

Select 'Tools' > 'Internet Options' > 'Security' > 'Custom level' > Scroll down to 'Active Scripting' under the category 'Scripting.'

If the option 'Disable' or 'Prompt' is selected, please click 'Enable.' You should now be able to install the Toolbar at http://toolbar.pedsters-planet.co.uk.

3. Disable any third-party popup blockers.

Once the Toolbar is installed, you can re-enable this software after you disable the Pedsters Popup Blocker. To do so, click on the 'Options' button located on your Toolbar and uncheck the 'Popup Blocker' box.
